Forge Rise Hydraulics uses a business messaging platform (Dialpad) to send and receive text messages. The following terms govern our SMS program and are provided to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and mobile carrier application-to-person (A2P 10DLC) requirements.

• Program description. When you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send text messages related to your service request — for example, dispatch coordination, status updates on your cylinder repair, scheduling for on-site pickup or reinstallation, and replies to your questions.
• Consent. We only send SMS messages to individuals who have opted in — by submitting our request form with the SMS consent box checked, texting us first, or verbally providing your number and agreeing to texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving service.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your service request.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Forge Rise does not charge for text messages.
• Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your request is processed.

• Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability.

No mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent — is sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to provide the messaging described above. Any sharing with service providers is limited to what is required to deliver our own messages (for example, our messaging platform, Dialpad), and those providers are contractually restricted from using the data for other purposes.
