Get the machine
back in the dirt

Blow a boom cylinder? One call and a crane-equipped truck rolls to your site, lifts the cylinder off the machine, and hauls it to our in-house machine shop. Honed, re-chromed, resealed and pressure-tested — then we come back and reinstall it. Most rebuilds turned around in about two days, across the DMV.

What We Do

We Rebuild Every Part Of It

Cutaway of a typical hydraulic cylinder — the same parts we hone, re-chrome and reseal in our own machine shop every day.

Who We Serve

Built for the Fleets That Keep Working

Rental yards, refuse routes, dig sites, docks and farms — if it runs on hydraulics and downtime costs you money, we already know the machine.

Why Forge Rise

Our Shop. Our Crane. Our Turnaround.

We own every step — the crane truck that pulls your cylinder, the machine shop that rebuilds it, and the crew that reinstalls it — so your equipment spends more hours earning and fewer parked in a repair bay.

  • Crane Trucks That Come To You

Our service trucks carry their own crane. We lift and unbolt the cylinder right on your machine and haul it out — you never rent a crane or drag the equipment to a shop.

  • A Real In-House Machine Shop

Honing, boring, rod re-chroming, fabrication and welding all happen under our roof. Nothing gets shipped out and stuck in another shop’s queue.

  • About A 2-Day Turnaround

Because the work stays in-house, most cylinder rebuilds are back and reinstalled in roughly two days — not the week or more an outsourced job takes.

  • Techs Who've Done It Before

Every technician has 8+ years on hydraulics. They tell you what actually failed, not whatever is quickest to bill.

  • Tested And Written Down

Every rebuilt cylinder is pressure-tested to spec and comes back with the numbers documented — not just “should be fine.”

Every rod leaves here
turned, honed & tested

Bores honed to spec, rods re-chromed and polished, seals replaced, then run up to working pressure before it ever ships. No guesswork — the numbers come written down.

How It Works

A straight line from the phone call to a machine back on the job — no runaround, no surprise invoice.

We Come To You

A crane-equipped service truck rolls to your site, lifts the cylinder off the machine and hauls it back to our shop.

Rebuilt In Our Shop

Our in-house machine shop hones, re-chromes and reseals the cylinder, then pressure-tests it — typically a 2-day turnaround.

04

What Fleet & Shop Managers Say

A blown boom cylinder used to cost us a week. Their crane truck pulled it in the yard, the shop turned it around in two days, and they came back and reinstalled it. We never touched a crane.

Having their own machine shop is the difference. No cylinder shipped three states away — it was honed, re-chromed and tested right here in the DMV and back on the loader fast.

Their rebuilds hold. Cylinders come back pressure-tested with the numbers written down — not just "should be fine." That is exactly what I want on a spec sheet.
